1. 2019年1月24日，區域法院暫委法官鄭頌平 (「原審法官」) 頒下判案書 (「判案書」) ，裁定原告人未能成功舉證以證明意外的發生及被告人需要為意外負上法律責任，所以判原告人敗訴，並頒令原告人支付被告人的訟費。原告人不服，向原審法官提出上訴許可申請，並申請暫緩執行該判案書，其申請在2019年5月31日被原審法官拒絕。
