Particulars of these charges are that A (defendant(s)), between B and C, in Hong Kong, knowing or having reasonable grounds to believe that property, namely a total sum of D Hong Kong currency in the E held under the name of the said A with F, in whole or in part directly or indirectly represented the proceeds of an indictable offence, dealt with the said property.
