The mother, diagnosed with delusional disorder, was found to be stable and capable of care. The father's denial of the child's condition and lack of cooperation made joint custody unsuitable. Sole custody was awarded to the mother with defined access for the father including overnight stays during holidays. Supervision order imposed for 18 months.
