1. 2023年7月9日清晨5:10時左右，警員在洪水橋進行反罪惡巡邏時，見到被告人形跡可疑。警員於是上前截停被告人，進行搜身，並在被告人褲袋內發現11張港幣500元的偽製銀行紙幣（下稱「涉案偽鈔」）。
