1. The defendant has pleaded guilty to three charges of obtaining property by deception, contrary to Section 17(1) of the Theft Ordinance. Simply put, the facts show that some three items were obtained using two credit cards on three separate occasions on the same day at the same location. A further credit card was found in the vicinity of the defendant.
