The three Defendants are jointly charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud, contrary to Common Law and punishable under section 159C(6) of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap 200 (Charge 1) and with an alternative count of fraud, contrary to section 16A of the Theft Ordinance, Cap 210 (Charge 2).
