1. The defendant pleaded guilty to one charge of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a girl under the age of 13, contrary to section 123 of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap.200. Particulars of the charge are that the defendant on 2 nd October 2013, at room 2, 1st floor, Cheong Tai Building, no.120 Tseuk Luk Street, San Po Kong had unlawful intercourse with X, a girl under the age of 13.
