The Defendant (“D”) was convicted after trial of 3 charges of dealing with property known or believed to represent proceeds of an indictable offence, contrary to s25(1) and (3) of the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance, Cap 455. The particulars are that she, in Hong Kong, together with Jane Corpuz and other persons unknown, knowing or having reasonable grounds to believe that property, in whole or in part directly or indirectly represented any person’s proceeds of an indictable offence
