1. 被告人 盧誠樂 （男）（27歲）在本席前承認一項「販運危險藥物」罪，違反香港法例第134章《危險藥物條例》第4(1)(a)及(3)條。涉案的危險藥物是9.29克的甲基苯丙胺鹽酸鹽，即俗稱「冰」毒。
