1. In the court below, the Magistrate convicted the 1 st respondent of Charge (2) – taking part in an unlawful assembly; the 2 nd respondent of Charge (3) – inciting others to take part in an unlawful assembly; and the 3 rd respondent of Charge (4) – taking part in an unlawful assembly; and sentenced the 1 st respondent to a community service order of 80 hours; the 2 nd respondent to a community service order of 120 hours and the 3 rd respondent to 3 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 1 year.
